El logotip ha de ser f\u00e0cil de recordar i f\u00e0cil de llegir, tant de prop com de lluny.
Per implementar aquesta tasca es va optar per una tipografia amb un tipus de lletra senzill (sans serifs) en mode negret.
La lletra “A”, al centre de la paraula, es representa com un dibuix gr\u00e0fic, on es manifesta per una combinaci\u00f3 de dos ganivets i una franja d’estrelles.
En general, el dibuix representa ganivets culinaris en fundes, cosa que indica l’abast del c\u00e0tering, r\u00e0pid i fresc, literalment “sota el ganivet”.
Com a s\u00edmbol addicional, el dibuix s’assembla a un mol\u00ed, per la qual cosa parla de treballar no nom\u00e9s amb carn, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 amb productes de fleca, que \u00e9s part de l’entrep\u00e0.<\/p>\n
